2. Purpose
These terms govern the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer concerning the purchase of personalised handmade resin products and any other items offered through the website.
3. Ordering process
To place an order, the customer must follow the ordering process shown on the website, select the desired product, provide the required information and confirm the request. Before completing the order, the customer may review the order summary and correct any errors.
4. Personalised products
As many products are personalised or made to order, the customer must accurately provide all information, measurements, wording, colours, designs and specifications needed to make the item. The seller is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include legally applicable taxes where required. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be shown before the order is completed.
6. Payment methods
Payment may be made using the methods available on the website at the time of purchase. The order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
7. Production and delivery times
Personalised products require production time that may vary depending on the type of order, workload and complexity of the design. Estimated delivery times will be provided to the customer as guidance and may be subject to delays for reasons beyond the seller's control.
8. Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. The seller is not responsible for delays, incidents or failed delivery arising from incorrect shipping information or causes attributable to the carrier.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, except where there is a defect or breach attributable to the seller.
10. Defective products or issues
If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must report it as soon as possible using the email address provided and include photographs or any information needed to assess the issue. Replacement, repair or another appropriate remedy will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
11. Cancellations and changes
Because the products are personalised, an order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been confirmed and production has begun, unless both parties expressly agree otherwise.
12. Intellectual property
The designs, images, texts and other website content are owned by the website owner or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
13. Liability
The seller is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of a product or for reasonable variations in colour, finish or texture inherent in handmade production.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
